About the Role
We are looking for motivated and professional individuals to join our real estate advisory team in Bengaluru.
The role involves working with property owners, buyers, tenants and businesses, understanding their requirements and assisting them with suitable real estate opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, clients and prospective customers.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable properties and opportunities.
• Assist with property marketing, client enquiries and property inspections.
• Conduct basic market research and stay informed about Bengaluru’s real estate market.
• Coordinate with clients and property owners throughout the transaction process.
• Support negotiations and help facilitate successful property transactions.
What We Look For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of Bengaluru or an interest in the city’s real estate market.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.
